Shipping Policy

At Green Fig, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably. We partner with PUDO to provide flexible delivery options across South Africa.


Delivery Options

Choose the method that suits you at checkout (prices vary by option and location):

  • Locker Delivery – Collect from a nearby PUDO locker at your convenience.
  • Kiosk Collection – Pick up from a staffed PUDO kiosk.
  • Door-to-Door Delivery – Courier to your home or business address.

All available rates are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable.

Free Shipping: Orders of R750 or more ship free (South Africa only). Orders under R750 are charged the applicable PUDO fee shown at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excl. public holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • Locker / Kiosk: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
    • Door-to-Door: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to destination, courier capacity, weather, or unforeseen delays.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery via PUDO. For locker/kiosk options, you’ll be notified when the parcel is ready for collection (including any PIN/QR details from PUDO).

Addresses, Availability & Delivery Attempts

  • Accurate address details: Please double-check your address, contact number, and email at checkout.
  • PO Boxes: Not supported for door-to-door delivery.
  • Remote areas / out-of-delivery zones: Delivery may take longer or incur a surcharge. We’ll contact you if adjustments are needed.
  • Missed delivery / failed collection: If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or uncollected locker/kiosk items, re-delivery fees may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: Contact us ASAP to update your address or cancel. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t left our facility.
  • After dispatch: Changes may not be possible. We can request an amendment with the courier, but success isn’t guaranteed and fees may apply.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels

  • Inspect on receipt: If your parcel arrives damaged, note it with the courier (if applicable) and contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
  • Lost in transit: We’ll open an investigation with PUDO. Resolutions may include replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
  • Risk passes on delivery/collection: Ownership and risk transfer when your parcel is delivered to the address provided or collected from the locker/kiosk.

Split Shipments & Pre-Orders

  • Split shipments: We may ship items separately to speed up delivery at no extra cost to you.
  • Pre-orders / backorders: We’ll display estimated availability on the product page and ship as soon as stock arrives.

Returns

For returns or exchanges, please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility, timelines, and instructions.

Liability

We are not liable for delivery delays outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to courier delays, strikes, severe weather, or incorrect delivery information). Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of the items in that order.
